Dogs

I create wire dogs, below is a gallery of some of my most recent sculptures.

Miniatures: Lucas (Sprocker), Tao aka Mr Winky (Golden Retriever), Gus (with tennis ball, Sprocker), Wally (German Shorthaired Pointer), Hector (Great Dane)

Lifesize: Bess (Sheepdog), Harvey, (Golden Retriever in white willow), all of whom have been an absolute joy to make.

I am currently working on three further miniature dogs; one Labrador and one springer spaniel, as well as one lifesized wire dog and two life sized willow Spaniels.

Commissions of dogs, and other pets, are very welcome and can be made in variety of finishes and sizes, extra details can be added such as handmade tennis balls (see Gus) specific markings (See Tao’s tongue), collars etc,.

Prices for a miniature dog sculpture in bronze or brass wire start from £595, please note prices increase depending on breed, and extra fluffiness as each piece of fur is hand woven. For a medium to large dog breed the miniature would be scaled down to approx. 20-25cm tall and for extra small to small dog breeds the miniature would be approx. 16-18cm, in order to create a realistic representation to scale.

Each sculpture is beautifully packaged and delivered with a certificate of authenticity, making them a wonderful personalised gift.
